袁玉春,工学博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2014年毕业于河海大学,获工学博士学位;2009年至2011年在美国北罗莱纳州立大学从事访学研究,现就职于河海大学材料科学与工程学院。主要从事高性能金属材料设计、制备、组织强韧化,金属材料腐蚀与智能涂层防护的相关研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金、江苏省博士后基金、省市科技项目等科研项目十余项。在国内外重要专业学术期刊发表论文30余篇,论文累积引用次数1250余次,H因子20。授权发明专利5项。担任多个材料领域顶级国际期刊专业审稿人。

现阶段主要研究方向包括:(1)亚稳态超细晶/纳米/异构组织金属材料2)高强韧镁合金组织调控与加工应用一体化;(3)高温镍基合金组织成分设计与高温性能研究;(4)金属材料腐蚀与防护;(5)水/海工装备金属材料表面处理与综合服役性能研究。

承担《金属材料学》、《材料结构与性能》、《材料形变与断裂》、《材料与人类文明》等课程教学,先后主持河海大学翻转课堂、精品留学生课程、研究生课程思政示范课程、本科课程知识图谱等多项教学改革项目,荣获第24届河海大学讲课竞赛青年组三等奖。连续多年担任本科生班导师工作,指导学生参加多届全国大学生金相技能大赛获个人一、二等奖、团体奖等多项奖项。指导多名本科生、研究生进行创新实践与课题研究,获大学生创新训练省级立项1项、校级立项3项;获江苏省研究生实践创新训练项目立项(SJCX18_01991项;河海大学专业学位研究生实践优秀成果获得者1人;河海大学优秀本科毕业论文1篇。
